EasyForm Engineering — PT. Petra Sejahtera Abadi

PT. Petra Sejahtera Abadi operates multiple production facilities across Serpong where engineering teams perform routine machine condition checks using paper-based forms. Tracking which machines had been inspected, by whom, and when became increasingly difficult as the operation scaled. EasyForm Engineering replaced the paper-driven process with a centralised digital form management system, enabling engineers to complete and submit condition reports from any device connected to the facility network.

The platform handles the full lifecycle of engineering forms — from master data setup (machines, locations, lanes, check points, and standard inspection criteria) to daily form submissions and reporting. Each form is linked to a specific machine, assigned a unique code, and tracked by location. Supervisors and maintenance managers can review submission status, inspect historical data, and generate reports without chasing paper records. Role-based access control ensures that only authorised personnel can approve or modify critical inspection standards.

Built on PHP with the Laravel framework and MySQL, the system prioritises reliability in a manufacturing environment where downtime is costly and data accuracy is non-negotiable. The interface is deliberately clean and task-focused — minimal navigation depth, clear form layouts, and straightforward action patterns designed for engineers who need to complete inspections quickly without getting lost in software complexity.
